Dumbness Prevention

Society is empathetic to the blind. Even a small percentage of this empathy is not shown to the Dumb. Dumbness is a far greater disability causing greater emotional handicap than in the blind. 2 in 1000 new born children are born with profound hearing loss. With proper management majority of these children can be normal with adequate speech. You can prevent dumbness but you cannot cure dumbness. Hence the need to educate and offer help in this direction. Shravan gives top priority to prevention of dumbness. We are concerned and empathetic to this cause and have been in the forefront since inception.

We work through General practitioners, ENT specialist, Pediatricians and others to reach the society through these programs.
